I just got this sad news. Can not believe it. Dave is going to leave us soon.
The following message was from Winnipeg.
Dave Ball's struggle with cancer is nearing its end. Tracy Ball called me today to inform me that Dave has asked to be taken off treatments. The doctor's now have given him about two more weeks. Arrangements for palliative care are underway. I will let you know of any new information when I receive it. I'm sure that your thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.
