1. Name your file with the format: firstname_lastname_talktitleabbreviated_dateuploaded.pptx (e.g. adam_smith_wealthnations_22Apr2014.pptx)
  2. Click the link above to open a new window with COMET's file transfer page.
  3. Enter the passphrase "SatPG2015upload". (You may wish to copy/paste the text from here.)
  4. Follow the instructions to upload your file.
  5. You will see a confirmation screen that says "Thanks! COMET has received your files." This means your file has been successfully uploaded. 
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once we have uploaded your file to this site. This is a manual process and may take a few hours to one day. Please direct any questions or concerns to virtual-admin@comet.ucar.edu. 

Deadlines: All files MUST be uploaded no later than 24 hours before your talk. Contact us if you need to update your presentation after the initial upload.
