5-Minute Base Reflectivity Loop

Within the 10 minute scan cycles, is a conventional 0.3 degree scan and a long range doppler 0.3 scan that are approximately 5 minutes apart. So for radar timestamp of 2030Z, the conventional 0.3 scan is taken 2029Z and doppler 0.3 scan is taken 2034Z. The goal is to make 5 minute loops of these, using a ground clutter filter to reduce ground clutter in the conventional reflectivity data. Useful in fast-moving, explosive development situations.
