Paul Ford

I'm a Toronto boy. I started with MSC in 1982. I was operational in Winnipeg and Trenton before heading off on educational leave. I completed an MSc on East Coast cyclogenesis at U of Toronto. I was an instructor in Training Branch for a number of years. Afterwards, I joined the Network Strategies Division in Downsview before moving to Burlington, Ontario to work on the application of radar data to the problem of quantitative precipitation estimation. Most recently, I have returned to training and I am currently one of the lead instructors of the initial training course for meteorologists entering MSC.
