Phil "the Forecaster" Chadwick is a nuclear physicist turned meteorologist but has always been an artist. The creative analysis and diagnosis of the real atmosphere using conceptual models have been the basis for Phil’s meteorological career. The Satellite Palette and the Radar Palette as well as numerous papers on remote sensing, severe weather and performance measurement can be found on the NorLat COMET/MSC partnership website. Phil is currently the COMET/MSC Liaison Meteorologist.
