Climate Monitoring Briefing Assignment

Objective: To develop and deliver an internal local office briefing on the current state of ENSO, MJO and Drought

Assignment Details:

1. Use the ten critical questions from ENSO and MJO Labs and refer to CPC weekly updates (see links below to access these lab pages)
   • ENSO Lab information
   • MJO Lab information
   • Drought Lab information
     
2. Add local drought information using the Drought.gov and WRCC SPI websites
3. Summarize this information in a 15 min. briefing and present to members in your local office
4. Be prepared to provide a short report on the briefing during Thursday morning's session
