In the Radar Algorithms readings for the lecture 24th of February there are some missing figures. It is the 4 last figures in the subsection "Cell Tracking".
Are you talking about those "1.5 km CAPPI image with cell tracks added"? They are viewable in my computer.
I'm not able to see these figures at home either. It's because it refers to a MSC internal web site. It's not viewable outside MSC's offices.
Okay, that explains my problem. Cause I have tried everything - also with support from my IT-guy at the office.

I was pretty sure what the problem was, but I had to wait until I got back in the office to implement the fix. It should be fine now.
