Polarimetric Radar
This is a huge topic, most of which is well beyond the scope of this course. Having said that, there are aspects of dual polarized radar that the student should know. Included in this module are the complete polarimetric radar sessions from the Warning Decision Training Branch in Kansas City. If the student wishes to have a more in-depth acquaintance with dual polarized radar he can do these modules, but it isn't necessary for this course. A food working knowledge will suffice.
