2015 NOAA Satellite Science Week
23-27 February, 2015
Convening at the Center Green Campus of the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, 3080 Center Green Drive, Boulder, CO.
(Note: Due to larger than expected response, this meeting has been relocated to the UCAR Center Green campus.)
Science Week is a joint meeting to review and discuss the state of the science portfolio of the GOES-R and JPSS programs. This includes GOES-R and JPSS products, their availability and maturity, risk reduction science activities, and calibration/validation. Registration begins at 12 noon MST, and the meeting will begin at 12:50 PM MST on 23 February and end at 11:00 AM on 27 February. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for registration and to get settled. We are expecting a large turnout this year!
This website will be the center for communications leading up to and during the event. Presentations will be organized by topic area. (See descriptions below) Please return to this site to communicate with organizers and other participants, and to download presentations and other resources for the meeting.
Remote Participation:
For those unable to attend in person the presentations will be offered remotely in real-time via GoToWebinar, however please note that online participation will be limited to viewing/hearing presentations and panel discussions. Comments/questions submitted virtually will be addressed if time permits. See "Remote Attendance Information" below for instructions. Note, all agenda times are listed in Mountain Standard Time (MST).
FOOD and EVENTS
Food and events registration is closed. Everyone who owes money should have received a email with the amount. Please be prepared to pay in cash upon arrival at the meeting. There is an ATM available in the lobby of the venue.
